Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Product Portfolio Manager with our customer, the largest distributor of building supplies in the United States. This is a permanent position offering a base salary of $170,000 – $185,000 per year plus a 40% annual bonus. The role will be performed on a hybrid schedule — onsite 1–3 days per week, split between Beloit and Chicago.
The Product Portfolio Manager will lead the strategy and execution for the customer-facing B2B eCommerce platform (MyPlatform). This leader will own the product vision, roadmap, and team direction, driving engagement and revenue growth across the digital sales experience. This includes evolving a foundational transactional site into a modern, personalized, and insight-driven digital platform that deepens customer relationships and increases loyalty.
Responsibilities- Define and communicate the product portfolio vision and long-term roadmap for the eCommerce business.
- Lead a team of 5–7 Product Managers, setting clear priorities, mentoring, and guiding career growth.
- Drive innovation in digital customer experience — increasing engagement, repeat business, and conversion.
- Build and implement A/B testing frameworks, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to align digital initiatives with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver scalable, intuitive, and customer-centered solutions.
- Benchmark against leading digital experiences and identify opportunities to differentiate.
- Oversee performance metrics, customer feedback loops, and continuous improvement processes.
- Manage risk, dependencies, and change across the portfolio to ensure consistent delivery and platform evolution.
- 8+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years leading product or portfolio teams.
- Deep experience in B2B eCommerce
, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or wholesale distribution. - Demonstrated success in building digital products that drive engagement and revenue.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex platform roadmaps.
- Strong analytical mindset, experience implementing testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience mentoring teams and leading through change.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
