- Engage with business stakeholders regularly to identify and prioritize new opportunities and translate them into data product designs.
- Ensure alignment of business opportunities and data products with market and regulatory requirements and business goals.
- Understand and address user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct research, user interviews, and provide guidance for product development.
- Lead the product discovery phase and create the initial high‑level technical design of data products.
- Oversee the data product team and the entire data product lifecycle across continuous discovery and delivery cycles.
- Act as the primary point of contact between cross‑functional teams, data, IT, and business leaders.
- Ensure data quality and implement governance practices to maintain clean and current data.
Salary Range: $92,700.00 – $217,800
Qualifications- 3+ years of professional work experience.
- Experience in both data & analytics and business fields.
- Experience guiding teams toward desired outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience facilitating workshops and meetings.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business strategy.
- Propensity to translate expectations and challenges between stakeholders and technical experts.
- Proven ability to adapt and solve challenges while working in a constantly changing environment.
- Excellent spoken and written communication.
- Experience in product management, design and development within the data and AI space is a plus.
- Technical fluency toward data and AI is a plus.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and insurance knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
