Engineering Tech Lead -AI

We are seeking experienced Tech Leads to join our new AI R&D group within the platform. You will be involved in implementing generative AI capabilities within the  AI platform, including defining strategies for using LLMs, establishing cross-team implementation foundations, and productizing these features as part of our platform offering.

• Provide technical leadership within the R&D domain, influencing the company's product architecture and quality.
• Develop and evolve our architecture and engineering to support increasing scale of users, features, and data.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and designers to build production-ready infrastructure for over 2 million users.
• Our stack includes Type Script, React, Node.js, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.

• Proven technical skills in building end-to-end features (client and server) with a passion for high-scale production services, data modeling, and databases.
• Ability to lead operational excellence, quality, and craftsmanship in the team, with strong communication skills, empathy, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Experience in technical leadership roles such as Architect, Tech Lead, or similar.
• Previous experience with LLMs is advantageous.
