A Human Resource Manager serves as a human resource professional with expertise in multiple related areas.

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned clients, providing consultative support and strategic HR guidance to on and off site.
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to a client company's leadership.
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution across client organizations.
• Onboarding of new employees at client locations including payroll, timekeeping and benefits.
• Assist with new hire and open enrollment processes and coordinate the administration of employee benefits and compensation plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (payroll, benefits, legal) to deliver seamless HR services.
• Provide guidance and serve as a resource to clients in employee performance management.
• Support clients with workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and organizational development.
• Maintain contact with client managers and team members to help implement and evaluate goals, recommend new approaches to policies and procedures to affect continual improvement.
• Participate in marketing and networking events.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

• 3-5 years Human Resource experience preferred, ideally within a multi‑client environment.
• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or related field required, HR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships with professionalism and efficiency.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Must possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Have a strong sense of customer service.
• Solid computer skills.
