Job DescriptionWork Schedule:
100% FTE, Full-time. Day shift, M-F 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.

- Bachelor's Degree in business or related area (Required)
- Master's Degree in Industrial Relations or related area (Preferred)
- 3 years human resource generalist experience (Required)
- 5 years employee relations experience (Preferred)
- 6 years human resource generalist experience (Preferred)
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP certifications (Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
