Job DescriptionWork Schedule:
100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. You will work 1415 E State St Clinic in Rockford, IL.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Industrial Engineering or other health related field Required
- Certification of successful completion of 40 hours or more of medical interpreter training in Spanish from a nationally recognized organization OR a degree in Medical Interpreting. Required
- Master’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Industrial Engineering or other health related field. Preferred
Work Experience:
- Five (5) years of experience working in health care. Required
- Two (2) years of experience in developing and sustaining programs. Required
- Experience working with the public. Required
- Experience working with the public in a clinical setting. Preferred
- Three (3) years of management experience in a healthcare environment, preferably focused on patient experience with a proven track record of success. Preferred
