As we continue to grow, we are looking for part‑time and full‑time licensed clinical professional counselors (LCPC) to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.

• Collaborate with integrated care team including nurse practitioners, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists

• Hold an active and unrestricted LCPC in the state
• Completed master’s in social work
