• Lead the development and operation of a start-up pediatric ABA clinic as a Director & Investing Partner.
• Focus on delivering high-quality patient care while Ivy Rehab supports the business side (marketing, payroll, contracts, systems, and other operational needs).
• Collaborate with the Ivy Rehab team to grow a successful clinic with scalable processes, analytics, and sustainable practices.
• Partner with leadership to select clinic location, build and recruit the team, and drive marketing and business development efforts.
• Contribute to the clinic’s profitability and growth through effective leadership and operational efficiency.

We go where the clinician and their relationships are. We are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community. The clinic does not exist yet and would be considered a start-up clinic.

• You will receive a full Clinic Director salary, a competitive bonus structure, benefits package, CEU funds/resources, growth opportunities, and annual increases on top of equity in YOUR clinic.
• Training and development provided before opening the clinic, regardless of prior leadership experience.
• Support with clinic location selection, building and recruiting your dream team, marketing/business development, legal/compliance, patient engagement software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle management.
• Proven track record of opening de novos and sustained profitability (over 300 clinics opened).
• Regional leadership training, guidance, and mentorship.
• Internal De Novo Business School + Business Plan.

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification (there is a treating element to this role)
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
