Boulder Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care
Shift Information:
Part-Time, 1st Shift, 24 hours per week
Responsible to provide a clean environment for residents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Clean, disinfect and straighten resident rooms, work areas and common spaces according to cleaning schedule, which may include but not be limited to:
- Clean carpets, furniture and draperies with vacuum cleaner or shampooer
- Sweep, scrub and policy hard floors using broom, mop or power scrubber
- Scrub and disinfect sinks, tubs, toilets and bathing rooms
- Dust and polish furniture and metalwork
- Wash windows, sills and doors
- Clean and disinfect spills and soiled areas as needed or directed
- Deep clean according to schedule
- Move and straighten furniture
- Maintain cleanliness of unoccupied rooms to make them attractive for resident occupancy
- Empty wastebaskets and properly dispose of trash
- Collect, wash, dry, fold and distribute laundry as directed
- Ensure equipment is stored properly
- Promote positive relationships with residents, staff and visitors
Perform any other duties as requested within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.

Education and Experience
High school diploma/GED required.
Computer Skills
Must have demonstrable knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office in a Windows environment, with a capacity to master company specific software.
