Job Description

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) at 1415 E State St Clinic in Rockford, IL.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or other health–related field
  • Certification of successful completion of 40+ hours of medical interpreter training in Spanish from a nationally recognized organization or a degree in Medical Interpreting
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Industrial Engineering, or other health–related field (preferred)
Work Experience
  • Five (5) years of experience working in health care
  • Two (2) years of experience developing and sustaining programs
  • Experience working with the public
  • Previous management experience
  • Experience working with the public in a clinical setting (preferred)
  • Three (3) years of management experience in a healthcare environment focused on patient experience (preferred)
