Occupational Therapist – Outpatient

Location: GP at Fairhaven Christian, Rockford, IL

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings

Workflow: You’ll treat residents Monday-Friday – no evenings or weekends! You’ll treat residents in their room or in an on-site outpatient clinic so there’s no need to travel to homes outside the building. You’ll have an Occupational Therapy Outpatient career that combines improving lives of seniors with schedule flexibility.

• Current license as Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in outpatient, preferred.
