Work Schedule:

Registry Schedule, Day shift, Saturdays 9-3pm. Vacation Coverage. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

• Current licensure from the State of Illinois. Candidates without a license may work in this role for 60 days from date of license application through Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation. Those enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy are exempt from certification requirements, but will need to obtain a “Pharmacy Technician
  - Student Designation” license from IDFPR. Required
• Completion of Pharmacy Technician Certification within two (2) years of date license was first issued. Required
