What You’ll DoYou’ll serve as the go‑to tax expert for a select group of sophisticated clients (typically $5M–$10M AUM), helping them align their financial goals with smart, forward‑thinking tax strategies.
In This Role, You Will- Develop and implement proactive tax planning strategies that minimize liability and support clients’ long‑term objectives.
- Review and analyze complex tax situations, turning intricate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with advisors, financial planners, and other specialists to deliver integrated, holistic client experiences.
- Prepare and review advanced tax returns (individual, trust, partnership, foundation, corporate) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Guide clients through IRS and state inquiries, crafting and reviewing responses that resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to firm‑wide learning and development, mentoring team members and sharing expertise across the organization.
- Educate and inspire others by supporting client workshops, advisor trainings, and thought‑leadership initiatives.

What You’ll Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required)
- Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation (required)
- 6+ years of experience in tax planning and advisory for high‑net‑worth clients
- Strong understanding of individual, trust, and business taxation
- Familiarity with Thomson Reuters Ultra Tax, Go File Room , and Practice CS preferred
- Experience using BNA, Planner CS, or Holistiplan for advanced planning
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Collaborative mindset — you thrive working in partnership with other experts
- A commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement
Master’s in Taxation and/or CFP® certification a plus.
