• Provide ongoing support for multiple projects, track tasks, and maintain deadlines.
• Create weekly status reports detailing work completed and hours worked.
• Read and interpret drawings/blueprints.
• Generate drawings and translate procedures and specifications into a repair procedure.
• Manage configuration of drawings, engineering changes, and 3D models.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret design & engineering schematics.
• Demonstrated ability to apply standard work to repair techniques.
• Familiar with traditional manufacturing methods, practices, and materials.
• Familiarity with aerospace mechanical components such as hydraulics and actuators (a plus).
• NX experience preferred.

$70,000 to $100,000 a year. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include extensive walking and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Zero travel is required.
