What You Will Do- Primary focus is to provide support for the integrity of IT systems within engineering department
- Manages and maintains effective communication with Engineering team members to understand individual support requirements.
- Develops diverse product knowledge.
- Drives improvements based on end user experience.
- Reviews, analyzes, and releases change requests to drawings.
- Reviews, analyzes, and releases deviations/waivers.
- Applies knowledge from Engineering and Government Standards and becomes first point of contact for configuration management concerns.
- May work with engineers on details and implications of test procedures and results.
- May work with engineers to release procedures for testing systems and equipment.
- Analyzes, maintains, compiles and formats data and design changes.
- Reviews drawings, reports, and engineering documentation.
- Collects corrective actions for field issues, special investigations, and product testing.
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of experience in IT, software, or hardware
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Effective time management.
- Multi‑tasking.
- Pro‑active.
- Organizing skills.
Effective teamwork. - Process oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively, including writing skills.
- Initiative, ability to manage own time.
- Able to work in a fast paced, creative environment
- Due to the nature of the work, you must be a U.S. Citizen
Pay Range: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel requirements:
Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.
