System Test Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled System Test Engineer with an Electrical Engineering background to support system-level testing activities in a lab environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with data acquisition systems, instrumentation, test setups, and system troubleshooting. This role involves executing development test procedures, analyzing collected data, and supporting root cause investigations in a structured engineering environment.

• Execute system-level development and qualification test procedures
• Support system troubleshooting and Root Cause / RRCA investigations
• Perform data acquisition, collection, and post-processing analysis
• Set up and operate lab instrumentation and test equipment
• Support system lab operations including test configuration and validation
• Develop and update LPOIs and test documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate test records and ensure compliance with engineering standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in system testing or electrical engineering roles
• Hands‑on experience with Data Acquisition systems
• Experience in system lab operations and instrumentation setup
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience creating and updating test documentation
• Ability to work in a regulated aerospace or defense environment
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Experience working in aerospace or avionics testing environments
• Familiarity with development test procedures and validation processes
• Knowledge of structured problem‑solving methodologies
