• Primary focus is to provide support for system migration within engineering environment
• Support and maintain company data and technological infrastructure
• Repair, upgrade and configure desktop computers, servers and various office peripherals
• Provide technical assistance and remote computer or network support to end users
• Apply updates and patches to enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and connection issues

• Minimum of 2 to 5+ years of experience in a similar IT or systems administrator role is expected.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose system, network, and hardware issues
• Strong interpersonal skills for supporting end-users and documenting procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently or in a team.
• Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen

$28.00 to $32.00 per hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

This role is a hybrid position where candidate must be located near Rockford, ILL

Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required.
