As a Cosmetology Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by providing hands-on training and expert instruction in cosmetology. • Deliver high-quality instruction in accordance with the established curriculum and lesson plans.
• Facilitate hands-on practical sessions, demonstrating various cosmetology techniques.
• Evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment to enhance student learning.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
• Participate in faculty meetings and continuous professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the classroom setting.

• Active Teaching License in the State of Illinois.
• Teaching credentials or certification in Cosmetology Education is preferred.
• Previous experience in a cosmetology role is essential.

In support of pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $22.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
