starting 1/12/26 and ongoing.

One provider requested, will accept multiples.

Inpatient & Outpatient

Scheduled Clinic Hours + Beeper Call

Dates Needed:

Jan. 12-23

Feb. 2-13

Mar. 9-27

Additional weeks available through 2026.

Shift: Mon.

- Fri.

- hrs. TBD

Clinic shifts: 8 hrs.

Schedule:

Mon.

- Tue. combo clinic & procedures or only clinic

Wed.

- Fri. typically all procedures - no clinic

Fri. varies; half day of procedures or full day

Call Response: 30 min.

Ave. Call #s Per 24 Hrs:

Phone Consults: 0-2

Pt. Seen: 0-1

Admissions: 0-1

PPS: 15

Anesthesia ONLY

Procedure Block times: 30-45 Colonoscopies or EGDs

45-60 Doubles

5 Bed Dept.

Assigned Rounding

Admissions Required

Hospital Stroke Certified

Trauma Level 3 Facility

Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 1 Office Staff

No teaching or supervision required.

EMR: EPIC

Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form Malpractice

insurance provided.
