UW Health Northern Illinois seeks Orthopedic MD to join our orthopedic surgery team at UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. We are looking for a dedicated candidate to provide our patients with high-quality treatment and embody our mission:
- Comfort with complex pelvic and acetabular reconstruction
- General variety trauma
- Call 1:5 (clinical)
- Built in referral base of 280 providers
- ED Call is once a week
- ivision of UW Health
- Academic appointments available
- Competitive salary with RVU incentives

- MD or DO - Required
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required
- Active Illinois medical license - Required
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required
- Bi-annual CPR certification - Preferred
