• DDS/DMD Degree and active, unrestricted medical license in Illinois
• Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care

• Perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing

• Availability for periodic virtual training (or in‑person when required)
• Tuberculosis (TB) testing required for all new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement, not applicable in FL & TN)
