What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the vital link between our operations and customers. Your role includes:
- Handling customer inquiries and calls with professionalism
- Managing support requests and ensuring timely resolutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
- Maintaining accurate records and utilizing CRM tools effectively
- Identifying customer needs and cross-selling a variety of transportation and logistics solutions, including truckload, brokerage, and warehousing services
- Building strong relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of customer service experience; logistics experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
- Sales-minded approach with the ability to recognize and act on cross-selling opportunities
