Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
4-7+ years of experience in Big 4 or top-tier public accounting Strong foundation in SEC reporting and public company audit environments
Experience with complex technical accounting areas such as business combinations and revenue recognition Experience preparing technical accounting memos and supporting documentation Active or eligible CPA license
