Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on medical history and assessment
- Provide hands-on treatments like manual therapy, stretching, and therapeutic modalities
- Design and supervise exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, and proper body mechanics
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from accredited program
- Current state physical therapy license
- Pass National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- New Grads encouraged to apply
- SNF experience is preferred
$1650 Per Week
