Jr Wealth Advisor

We are seeking motivated Junior Financial Advisors to join our growing practice in Rock Springs. This is a unique opportunity for an advisor looking to build and grow their career in financial services while working within an established practice. The role offers the long-term potential to transition into ownership of a well-established client book built over 30+ years as part of a planned advisor succession.

• Support financial advisors in developing and implementing strategic financial plans for clients
• Assist clients in building strong financial foundations through goal-based planning and investment guidance
• Prepare and review portfolio recommendations aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service
• Assist with account reviews, financial analyses, and preparation for client meetings
• Coordinate account setup, documentation, and follow-up to ensure a seamless client experience
• Stay informed on market trends, investment strategies, and financial planning best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Strong interest in financial planning, wealth management, and investment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze financial information and support strategic recommendations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning or CRM software preferred
• Securities licenses (or willingness to obtain) such as Series 7 and Series 66 preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities

• This opportunity is based in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Candidates must be willing to relocate.

• Compensation will be determined in partnership with the hiring Financial Advisor and will reflect experience, production, and growth potential.
