Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma
Location:
Rock Island, IL
Agency: Lancesoft Inc
Pay: $2,398 per week
Shift Information: Evenings - 3 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

About the Position
Deliver safe, compassionate, and timely care to patients in a Level II Trauma Emergency Department.
Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and implement evidence-based care plans.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-support interventions as ordered.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes in status.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (EPIC).
Support hospital float needs across designated UnityPoint campuses as assigned.
Requirements
Experience:
2+ years recent ED experience – Required
Licensure: Active IL RN license at submission (Compact accepted)
If IA license not active, proof of application required before start
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, MOAB (can be obtained during onboarding)
COVID-19: Vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Local Policy: No travelers residing within 60 miles
