• Illinois State Agency license MUST be uploaded with each profile. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IL Dept. of Labor.

May be asked to float across campuses:
Moline, Rock Island, Bettendorf, Muscatine (rarely)

• IL RN license active at time of submission. If IA RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start.

Requirement description :

• 2 years current clinical experience in ED setting - Required
• ALL certificates
  should
  be active -- MAB can be obtained during onboarding
• May be asked to float to Bettendorf, Muscatine, or Moline campus
• IL RN license active at time of submission.
