Overview
Medcor is looking to hire a Short-Term Registered Nurse to be the Onsite Health Nurse in our employer-based clinic in Moline, IL. The clinic treats workplace injuries in addition to emergency response. The hours for this position are Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm. This is a 12 week position starting on March 2, 2026. The compensation for this position is $40.00–$46.00/hour. Retention bonus of $3,000 upon completion of contract.

- Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on-site clinic
- Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s clients and employees
- Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols (Medcor Care Protocols – MCPs)
- Build and maintain internal team relationships
- Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
- Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings
- Document care using EMR and other tools
- Conduct Physical Assessment Testing (PATs)
- Case management
- Medical charting
- OSHA record-keeping
You Must
- LOVE what you do
- Have valid licensure for the position
- Have current CPR/BLS
- Have strong computer and technology skills (navigate cell phones, texting, fax machines, etc.) and familiarity with EMR software
- Be able to lift a 50 lb emergency response bag
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a positive and outgoing personality
- Be willing to go above and beyond
- Be passionate about people and providing the best care possible
- Be able to have fun
It’s a Plus If
- You are comfortable working in a worksite clinic environment
- You have relevant occupational health experience
- You have experience in emergency medicine or critical care
