• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintain patient health records, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date documentation.
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• State RN license and Nurse Practitioner license(s) to practice.
• State prescriptive authority (if applicable).
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice).
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required.
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP).
• Master’s degree in Science of Nursing; if certificate does not state Nursing, a copy of transcripts is required.
• Certification with hands‑on training in AHAотов, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health‑care providers;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required.
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting.

Reasonably expected range: $118,400 – $148,000 annually (dependent on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors).
