SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Quality Manager, the Quality Technician is responsible for reviewing the product to ensure it complies with customer's requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Fill out daily inspection reports.
- Recommend improvements to production process.
- Inspect, test, or measure materials.
- Must be able to use quality tools like calipers, gauges, or micrometers etc.
- Accept or reject finished items.
- Identify all products and materials that fail to meet required specifications.
- Participate in line audits and process improvements.
- Communicate issues with team members.
- Able to work under stress environment.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule.
