Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for night shifts with at least 2 years of experience, ARRT and BLS certification, and an active Illinois license.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital-based CT department
- Schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week
- Rotating weekends required, every other weekend
- Floating may be required within the discipline across local campuses
- Patient population and case types typical for hospital CT services
- Uses Epic EMR system; experience is preferred
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
- Team members are expected to function as part of an interdisciplinary team
- 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend requirement
- Participation in hospital orientation is required
- Scrub color or dress code will be discussed during onboarding
- Minimum of 2 years CT technologist experience required
- Active ARRT certification required
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required
- Active Illinois license required; must apply for Iowa license at time of offer (license required if applicable)
- Driver’s license required
- One supervisory reference from within the last 2 years is required
