This is a full‑time แทงบอล on‑site Project Manager/Estimator position in East Moline, IL. The role involves managing project timelines, preparing cost estimates, and overseeing masonry and construction projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with team members, vendors, and clients, create project budgets, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and balance office work with on‑site supervision to achieve successful project execution.

• Experience in project management and cost estimation within the construction or masonry industry
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and materials used in masonry projects
• Strong analytical and budget management skills for preparing and reviewing project estimates
• Proficient in communication, client coordination, and Mientras negotiation
• Experience with project management and estimating software
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to work under deadlines
• Self‑motivated
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Experience in masonry project planning, cost control, and hands‑on property maintenance is a plus
