DesiredQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Ensure all client needs are met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

$11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Associates may participate in incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans. Qualified associates can enroll in medical and prescription drug coverage, retirement savings plan, assistance program, virtual fitness center programs, associate discount program, and may be automatically enrolled in business travel accident insurance.
