As a Collision Repair Technician
, you will play a pivotal role in restoring vehicles to pre‑accident condition while delivering a world‑class customer experience. You’ll:
- Perform thorough disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles.
- Ensure structural integrity by repairing and realigning frames, panels, and body components.
- Use advanced tools and repair methods to achieve OEM‑level quality and safety standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with teammates to meet repair timelines and KPIs.
- Deliver repaired vehicles with confidence, ensuring work is complete and customer‑ready.

What You Bring- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of technical school program OR apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair methods, tools, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift up to 30 lbs., and safely perform repairs in a shop environment.

- Education:
high school diploma or equivalent required. - Training: completion of technical school program OR a 3‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
- Skills:
ability to read job orders and work with little supervision; ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop; thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies; thorough understanding of how to use tools required for the trade. - Physical: must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times; must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions; must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections; able to meet the physical demands of the job.
