Tribute seeks a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property, Whisper Creek, located in Rock Hill, SC. Tribute Companies is dedicated to customer service and elevating the communities we serve. • Oversee daily operations: maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property.
• Handle general repairs: ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants: create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
• Conduct preventive maintenance: ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents.

• Knowledge: 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Hands-On:
  Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
• Certified: HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus.
• Schedule:
  
  On-call duty rotation required.
• Trustworthy:
  Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $23 to $25 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
