Foreman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Installation Technician

Catoe and Nalley has been built on a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service since 1984. Our 35,700 ft.² facility houses a full service metal and structural fabrication as well as a machine shop that offers top quality precision milling, turning drilling and grinding. Our field services include process piping services, millwright, and rigging and equipment installation.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Foreman located in Rock Hill, SC. The Foreman will oversee and manage day-to-day construction or industrial operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Responsibilities include managing a team, coordinating work schedules, daily timesheets, writing JHAs, daily pre‑shift meetings, overseeing projects that involve industrial services such as pipe fabrication and installation, structural steel fabrication and installation, millwright work and other projects as requested by customers.

Clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders will be crucial.

• Strong supervisory skills, including team management and leadership abilities
• Hands‑on experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance
• Proficiency in welding and general maintenance techniques
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders
• Attention to safety protocols and a commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in an industrial or construction setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in a related field are desirable
