Job Title:
Service Technician
- Level 1
Work Hours:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Primary
Job Duties:
* Perform routine system tune-ups and maintenance services
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems during maintenance services
* Create repair estimates and make approved repairs
* Maintain clean company truck
* Attend weekly training meetings
* Other duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
* Advanced customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Organized* Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* HVAC Experience - minimum 1 year field experience
* Excellent verbal skills
* Professional phone skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Energetic personality
* Well organized and ability to work independently
* Mechanical ability to work with tools
