HVAC Lead Installer

Pay: $80,000–$100,000 annually.
Earning potential over $100,000/year based on performance. Full‑time, year‑round work.

- Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems, then install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems.
- Lead each installation with the support of an assigned helper, operating with professionalism, precision, and efficiency.
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Comfortable leading installs with an assigned helper
- Working knowledge of local inspection codes
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
