Security Officer - Hospital Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and promptly notifying clinical leadership and/or emergency responders as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital corridors, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Support access control by monitoring entry points, checking identification and/or visitor authorization as required, and directing individuals to the appropriate departments while maintaining a professional presence.;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives per post instructions.
