Type: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $42,000 base salary +
uncapped commission

• Spend most of your day in the field doing door‑to‑door prospecting across assigned neighborhoods, backed by targeted marketing drops and follow‑up via email and outbound calls.
• Execute territory campaigns and hit daily, weekly, and monthly 4DX lead measures while driving toward annual sales targets set by Outside Sales Leadership.
• Track every lead, activity, and sale in Salesforce CRM to keep your pipeline clean and visible.
• Use and care for company‑provided tools
  —including a vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, and tablet—to do your best work in the field.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Some sales experience (entry level welcome).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Confident communication skills and a go‑getter mentality.
