Average annual salary: $40,000 to $64,000 (base hourly rate plus uncapped commission). Paid training and guaranteed ramp‑up rate during first 60 days.

Paid time off accrues each pay period: no less than 40 hours per year in the first year, 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave under applicable state law if required.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University training program within two weeks of the official start date. Training may include overnight travel at company expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required.
