Then, they place these sandwiches in a steamer, resulting in a hot, melty, and flavorful meal unlike any other. As a Crew Member, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional and friendly service. You’ll prepare products adhering to operational and quality standards and serve customers in a clean and fast-paced environment. Collaborating with your team, you’ll ensure that our guests have a memorable experience and feel compelled to return.

• Preparing, assembling, and steaming Sully’s renowned Steamed Bagel Sandwiches.
• Adhering to strict sanitary practices for food handling, maintaining a professional appearance, and ensuring the cleanliness of our dining and kitchen areas.
• Sticking to operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
• Ensuring consistent high-quality food preparation and service.

• Proficiency in using computers / apps (MS Word, Excel, Google Suite).
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to count money and make change.
• Proficiency in operating restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
