Responsibilities:
- Meet with pre-qualified home sellers and guide them from listing appointment to closing
- Present pricing strategies, marketing plans, and next steps with confidence
- Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and proven listing systems
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that drives repeat and referral business
- Host open houses and convert attendees into clients (you keep the leads)
- Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline organized to maximize listing appointments
- Attend weekly sales meetings, coaching, and training to sharpen skills
- Active NC and/or SC Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using real estate CRM systems
- Coachable, driven, and team-oriented
$75,000-$150,000 per year
