The Linden, a multifamily apartment community in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, sales, and helping drive occupancy
. Lease-up experience is preferred, and at least one year of leasing experience in a multifamily environment is required.

• Lease apartment homes and process rental applications
• Conduct tours and showcase model and vacant units
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
• Support marketing, outreach, and social media efforts
• Maintain accurate resident and property files
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations
• Assist with occupancy goals, renewals, and resident retention

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of leasing experience at a multifamily property required
• Lease-up experience preferred
• Sales or customer service background strongly valued
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Entrata experience preferred
• Professional appearance with strong communication skills
• Ability to walk the community regularly and lift up to 25 lbs Availability to work Saturdays as scheduled
