We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, people-loving, detail-oriented leader to become our next Program Director. What You’ll Do

• Lead and teach:
  You’ll be teaching weekly gymnastics-based classes (no experience needed—we train you!), running seasonal camps, and helping children grow in confidence and skills.
• Support and manage:
  You’ll oversee class quality, help train and mentor staff, and assist with hiring and scheduling.
• Communicate and connect:
  You’ll build strong relationships with families and ensure each member feels part of our Little Gym family.
• Juggle (not literally, unless you want to):
  From birthday parties to spreadsheets, no two days are the same—and that’s part of the fun.

Who We’re Looking For

• A self-starter who’s ready to jump into both teaching and managing.
• Someone organized, upbeat, and eager to lead a team.
• A flexible go-getter who isn’t afraid of a little chaos—and knows how to bring order to it.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, active environment with kids aged 4 months to 12 years.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend per month to support events, birthday parties, or team coverage.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
