Description:
The ICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients.
The role requires supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
The position is accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality nursing care and competency of clinical staff.
The ICU Registered Nurse will also focus on appropriate resource management related to patient care.
