Up to $20,000 Sign‑On Bonus based on eligibility.
Responsibilities- Initiates and documents a written plan of care within specified timeframe.
- Develops and documents plan of education on written care plan; alters educational plan as patient’s condition changes.
- Verifies orders for accuracy, including medication reconciliation, appropriate scheduling of tests and procedures, pre‑op data, and consent forms.
- Follows medication and IV therapy policies, including patient identification, understanding of medications, administering meds, and recognizing/reporting interactions 100% of the time; monitors first‑dose medication(s) for adverse reactions.
- Interprets diagnostic data and takes appropriate action when indicated (e.g., notification of critical lab values to physician per hospital protocol).
- Performs related duties as required.
- Education:
Associate’s degree in Nursing required. - Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:
- Valid Permanent Multi‑State RN License from the state in which you reside; if you hold an RN license from another Compact state, you must apply for and obtain a Multi‑State RN License within 30 days.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR required; obtained within 7 days of hire.
- American Heart Association ACLS and PALS required within orientation period.
- Preferred:
Six months of critical care or telemetry experience.
