Note:

- Complete and document initial nursing assessment within specified time frame.
- Assess patients as an ongoing process utilizing physician and psychosocial input and document in the chart.
- Initiate and document a written plan of care within specified timeframe.
- Perform patient interventions completely and proficiently, demonstrating age‑specific competency for the population served.
- Verify orders for accuracy during hospitalization, including medication reconciliation, appropriate scheduling of tests and/ or procedures, pre‑op data, and consent forms.
- Follow medication and IV therapy policies, including patient identification, education about medications, administration, and recognition/reporting of interactions 100% of the time; appropriately monitor first‑dose medications for adverse reactions.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Education:
Associates degree in Nursing required. - Experience:
Two (2) years' experience in acute care nursing; experience in a wound care setting highly desirable. - Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:
- A valid Permanent Multi‑State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. If you hold an RN license from another Compact state, you must apply for and obtain a Multi‑State RN License within 30 days.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire.
- American Heart Association ACLS, PALS, and CPI required within the orientation period.
- Certification in wound care required within 1 year of employment.
Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility.
