- Perform and document comprehensive systematic patient assessments, identify deviations from the norm and intervene accordingly.
- Exercise scientific‑based clinical judgment and decision‑making skills related to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain a written plan of care.
- Coordinate and support the plan of care through communication with other members of the health‑care team.
- Compile patient reports concisely, accurately, and timely in accordance with unit standards.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Provide direct patient care—including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned patients; collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient‑care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus based on eligibility.
Required- A valid permanent multi‑state RN license from the state in which you reside. If you hold an RN license from another compact state, you must apply for and obtain a multi‑state RN license from the state in which you reside within 30 days.
- American Heart Association BLS required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire.
- ACLS and NIHSS required within the orientation period.
- RN‑C or CCRN.
