Join our growing team! South Wood Corporation is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our sign manufacturing department. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in craftsmanship, and want to be part of a team that brings designs to life – apply now.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate signs using various materials (metal, vinyl, acrylic, etc.)
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment (e.g. CNC router, saws, welders).
- Assemble and install sign components.
- Prepare sign surfaces for painting
- Read and interpret work orders and design specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
- Previous experience in sign manufacturing, fabrication, or related trade a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
